The Fresh Mint Tea Towel is a basic towel design using cotton yarn. The pattern for this design includes alternating color rows with a simple design created using just knit and purl stitches with a Garter Stitch border. This is a quick and simple knit that is perfect for last minute gift ideas.

Needle: US 8 (5.0 mm), 32” (81.3 cm) circular needle {straight needles may be used if preferred, I used circular to accommodate the number of stitches.
Notions: Tapestry needle. 
Yarn Used: Cascade Ultra Pima Cotton (100% Pima Cotton; 220yds/200m; 3.5oz/100g; 
Colorways A- #3735 Jade, B- #3728 White). 
Yardage: Yardage needed is approximately 280 yards (1 ball of each color). 
Gauge: 18 sts and 20 rows per 4”/10cm in Stockinette Stitch. Gauge is crucial to this project, be sure to check your gauge often. 
Final Measurements: 16” x 26” (40 cm x 66 cm) Blocked.
